Sep 30, 2011

The new Orlando campus of Golf Academy of America officially dedicated its new 21,000-square foot campus recently in the suburb of Apopka. The opening was punctuated with an official ribbon cutting attended by GAA staff, officials from parent company Education Corporation of America and members of the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce.

"This is an exciting day for Golf Academy of America, but especially for our students who will benefit from this new state-of-the-art facility," said Brad Turner, campus director of GAA Orlando. "GAA has been a part of the Orlando community for more than 20 years and we look forward to continuing to produce some of the best future golf professionals in the industry."

GAA has been located in Orlando since 1988 and has produced more than 2,300 graduates. Despite the economy, enrollment at GAA has increased more than 25 percent since 2006.
