Golf Academy Grad Featured in Newspaper Column

Golf Academy of America graduate Ryan Lancaster from Modesto, California, has been featured in a sports column in the Merced Sun-Star newspaper. In the article, Lancaster is quoted giving advice to an up-and-coming young high school golfer, who has been named the paper's Boy's Golfer of the Year. Lancaster was a former recipient of the honor.He recommends attending a school like Golf Academy of America, saying, ""It's great. It's an excellent choice in career path in terms of what he wants to do. It's busy. It's almost like a full-time job. A lot of your activities and class times are planned out for you. They have a lot of things you have to follow, like what you wear and your grooming. But it's fun. You're surrounded by those that want the same thing you want. It's a great way to make friends and ties into the business."
