SDGA - San Diego Guest Speaker

On October 2nd, Kirk Schneider, Irrigation Sales with Toro/Turf Star visited the SDGA – San Diego Campus to speak with students of the third semester Management of Golf Course Maintenance class.
Mr. Schneider discussed the changing environment of irrigation sales, the need for reservoirs, pump stations, piping, and specific components of sprinklers. He demonstrated the irrigation process of a local golf course Shadowridge, which students play on a regular basis. Kevin Neisch, PGA SDGA – San Diego Campus attended the presentation with the students.
