SDGA Myrtle Beach Students Support Charity Event

SDGA Myrtle Beach Second Semester students Mike Cook, Ken Brown, Jeff Covatto, and Brendan Burgert represented the school in the annual Kershaw Shrine Club Charity Golf Tournament held at the Bermuda Run Golf Course in Jefferson, South Carolina last weekend. The tournament raises money to support the Shriner's Hospital for Burned and Crippled Children. Brendan Burgert's team finished in first place with a score of seven under par, followed by Mike Cook and Ken Brown's team at three under par. Brendan also captured two of the closest-to-the-pin contests, and Jeff Covatto won another one. Mike, Ken, Jeff, and Brendan also provided a donation on their own to the Shriner's Hospital.
