Golf Academy of America is a member of the American Council on Education (ACE), the nation's unifying voice for higher education. Founded in 1918, ACE serves as a consensus leader on key higher education issues and seeks to influence public policy through advocacy, research, and program initiatives.

By fostering greater collaboration and new partnerships within and outside higher education, ACE helps colleges and universities anticipate and address the challenges of the 21st century and contribute to a stronger nation and a better world. Its members and associates are approximately 1,800 accredited, degree-granting colleges and universities and higher education--related associations, organizations, and corporations.

Golf Academy of America is approved to operate in the state of California by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).

Created by the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009, the BPPE, a bureau within the Department of Consumer Affairs, regulates private postsecondary educational institutions operating within California.

Golf Academy of America is a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

A national advocate and institutional voice for self-regulation of academic quality through accreditation, CHEA is an association of 3,000 degree-granting colleges and universities and recognizes 60 institutional and programmatic accrediting organizations.
