Eddie Brown

PGA Golf Professional


Eddie is a Class A member of the PGA of America. His golf background started as the Apprentice Head Golf Professional at The Hampton Club on St. Simons Island, Georgia, where he was involved with the final shaping and grow-in of the golf course and the opening and operation of the facility. Upon earning his membership in the PGA of America in 1993, he accepted the position of Director of Golf for Southeastern Golf Management, managing four Myrtle Beach area golf courses. In 1995, the company was restructured as the Links Group, and Eddie was named Vice President and Director of Operations, directly overseeing as many as sixteen facilities throughout the Southeast. He formed his own management company in 2001, where he leased and operated a semi-private club near Savannah, Georgia. He has been a PGA instructor at the Myrtle Beach campus since the summer of 2005.
