"When I took my first golf lesson in 1995 from Head Golf Professional Allen Wooley, I set my sights on not only becoming an accomplished player but becoming a PGA Golf Professional," says Nathan Grafe.

Mr. Grafe, a graduate of San Diego Golf Academy, has worked in a variety of positions during his career before joining the staff of Golf Academy of America. After moving to Dallas from San Diego, he served in an outside service position at Bent Tree Country Club working under Head Golf Professional David Price, 1995 PGA Professional of the Year. In 1998, Mr. Grafe accepted his first Assistant Golf Professional position at Firewheel Golf Park in Garland, Texas and later worked under the tutelage of PGA Head Professional Jim Sanders at The Golf Club at Castle Hills.

After positions at Northwood Club and The Old Orchard Golf Club, working under and playing with former PGA Tour players, Mr. Grafe accepted a position at Gentle Creek Golf Club in 2004. Nine years after his start at Gentle Creek Golf Club, he became Director of Instruction.

As a PGA Professional, Mr. Grafe brings his years of experience and desire to provide a comprehensive instructional program to Golf Academy of America.
