PGA Master Professional, MBA
Tim Eberlein has served as a Golf Academy of America Campus Director since 1998, first at the San Diego campus and now in Phoenix. He is a PGA Master Professional and has an extensive background in tournament operations and golf management. Eberlein is TPI Certified and has written numerous articles for golf magazines.
In 2014, KZG recognized Eberlein as "World Top 100 Club Fitter." Henry-Griffitts named him on their 2013 “Master Club Fitter” list, and T & L Golf recognized him as one of the top golf teachers in the U.S. Eberlein received the Horton Smith Award for Excellence in Education from the Southwest PGA Section in 2010 and the San Diego Chapter in 1998.
He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University. Since 2010, he has volunteered on the SWPGA Section Board as the Education Chairperson, and on the Board of Directors for "Arizona Golf" magazine. He is actively involved with high school golf, serving on the Arizona Interscholastic Association Advisory Board. Eberlein has also served in the United States Peace Corp.
