Tim Eberlein

Tim Eberlein has served as a Golf Academy of America Campus President since 1998, first at the San Diego campus and now in Phoenix. He is a PGA Master Professional and has an extensive background in teaching, tournament operations and golf management. Eberlein is TPI Certified and has written numerous business and instructional articles for golf magazines.

In 2014, KZG recognized Eberlein as "World Top 100 Club Fitter." Henry-Griffitts named him on their 2013 “Master Club Fitter” list, and T & L Golf recognized him as one of the top golf teachers in the U.S. Eberlein has received the Horton Smith Award for Excellence in Education from the San Diego Chapter in 1998 and Southwest PGA Section in 2010, 2014 and 2017.

He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University. From 2010 to 2017 he has served on the SWPGA Section Board of Directors as the Education Chairperson. He is actively involved with high school golf, serving on the Arizona Interscholastic Association Advisory Board and is proud of his service in the United States Peace Corp.
